Fiscal Services

The MUSD Fiscal Services Department is a team of dedicated professionals focused on supporting our schools and departments so that all students have the opportunity to succeed.  We are responsible for:

• Budget Development - budget and programming aligned with the District vision and goals listed within the MUSD Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)
• Fiscal Monitoring - maintenance of internal controls that exceed state and district requirements on the usage of funds and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles
• Financial Reporting - providing financial information to the Board and District administrators and preparing state, federal, and local reports.
